Where They Started
The business was booming, with a six month wait list and thousands of lives changed by their expertise since they began in 1981. But like so many businesses, their branding was never established. So when “biohacking” and neurofeedback gained momentum and popularity in the 2000s, new players began entering the competitive landscape – and they knew that had to change.
We worked closely with Austin Biofeedback over the course of a week, spending hours simply listening, before we started to build. Through our sessions we uncovered powerful differentiation and an incredible origin story that we brought to life in an extensive brand book to help guide all future communications of their business.
The Visual World
The visual world we defined in this phase of the work intentionally leaned away from what their competitors were doing, and was crafted to merge a futurist feel with the soulful heritage of their founder, while creating an underlying feeling of freedom and tranquility that could immediately communicate the emotional benefits of their service.
The Final Product
Finally, we transformed their outdated website into a stunning work of art that was grounded in dynamic user experience and persuasive copy, optimized both on desktop and mobile.
We were able to communicate the benefits of their brand in every touchpoint, all while leveraging SEO that would boost their search rankings – and make their complex services immediately understood by even the most uninformed visitor.
