Sixteen Agency was founded in 2016 by award-winning creative director Hallie Holloway, who saw a gap in the market during her 15+ year career at the world's most renowned agencies, with small businesses and start-ups unable to afford the quality services that she was providing for the top global brands across fashion, beauty, wellness & tech.

We work with a variety of small businesses who make anywhere from $100K - $8M a year. Our clients span nearly every industry in the market, from therapy centers to landscaping companies, fashion brands - and everything in between. My name is Hallie Holloway and I'm the founder of Sixteen Agency. I'm also a single mother to this beautiful little girl. So I understand the challenges of start-ups, small businesses, and providing for your family perhaps more deeply than most.

While my 15 year career in advertising has given me the invaluable skill set I need to brand and promote my own business, I know most others don't have this training - but desperately need and want to grow, and be successful. To make their children proud, and ensure their futures are financially secure.
